Ours arrived today, but included a payment for our daughter who will turn 18 this year. I'm assuming we will need to pay it back come tax time next year.

So if a child turns 18 this year then they won't be included in the credit. Is that correct?

We have 9. 4 bio, then 4 adopted, then 1 bio. We never really planned to have a big family. The adopted kiddos are a sibling group and the bookend was a nice surprise. From the outside I'm sure it looks like we have a conviction about large families, but our family grew by circumstance.

No. We probably should and I am kinda a germaphobe about everything else, but alas we already have too much laundry. Washing first would put me over the edge.

I had my first child almost exactly one month after 21. I was much too young. My youngest was born a few days before I turned 36. It was a completely different experience. I don't know if I would recommend delaying motherhood to others, but it would've been better for me and my children.

Books 13, 14, and 15 of this year were the book of Amos in the Bible, specifically ESV, Murder on the Orient Express, and Animal Farm. All small books and rereads except for the Agatha Christie title of which I had previously watched the Hollywood version.

You may already know this, but a lot of window units have a higher voltage than a standard outlet. It can really mess a regular outlet up and potentially catch fire. Make sure that both the window unit and outlet match.

As a mom to former gymnasts and someone who used to work in a gym I love this. They do make under leotard garments. You can get both full style and bra/underwear combos. Our gym's leotards allowed for both but most of the girls chose not to wear shorts. Luckily my girls did not continue gymnastics past puberty so we never had to manage the shaving/tampon issue. I am a former cheerleader so I know all about that tomfoolery.

I am definitely not an infectious disease person, but I wonder if some of the positive covid cases also were positive from the flu. Meaning the numbers were higher than reported. When someone is very ill with covid the treatment for it would trump the treatment for the flu and since it (covid) didn't always present the same way in all people the flu may have been not tested for or overlooked as a possibility.

I've used the vital protein powder. It does seem to keep me full similar to other sources of protein, however I have had (tmi warning!!) looser stools after using it so I don't use it every day.

OP here. Just now catching up to the thread. I will have to go look at the Oscars photo with the shrimp bag. One part of me thinks the brands are pranking us, but another part thinks maybe there really are people with more money than sense. I mean who would really carry a tiny, blinged out chair on a strap!?

Yes! I have at&t and miss a shocking amount of texts. They just never show up on my phone. I've heard other people with at&t say the same thing. She may have legitimately not have gotten it.

I didn't read the article so I don't know whether it mentions full or partial nudity, but why wouldn't the requirement include covering one's private parts for hygiene reasons? I would think an uncovered *ahem* on men or women would likely allow one's germs to circulate and linger on a surface. If one is ill with covid or a variant the infection isn't restricted to the nose and mouth area. I am not a doctor nor do I play one on tv, but I would assume that any body part with fluids would carry bacteria and virus.
