Wearing an apron means my clothes don't get stained so easily. I definately wear one when I'm making spaghetti sauce.

I found the prices higher on some items and comprobable on others. The fuel surcharge often makes it more expensive. I still like to by in bulk so I don't have to run to the store all the time.

My dd was in a PS troop from Daisies thru Juniors. All was well for the first 3 years. All the other girls were from different schools. However, in the third grade year all the girls, except one private school girl, ended up in the same public school. It was during this year that she was treated poorly by the girls who engaged in the typical mean excluding behavior that I have seen in the PS. This finally convinced her to join the Homeschool troop and she is so much happier being with her friends.

The neighbors have their gutters painted muted red to match the trim and it is stunning!
