  1. Right thumb, right-handed. What do you know, I do too. . .and I didn't even know it!!
  2. Merlin Sherlock White Collar Burn Notice Numb3rs Psych Foyle's War - liked the earlier seasons better Call the Midwife Doc Martin - also liked earlier seasons better Gilmore Girls House - ditto earlier seasons
  3. Lol, I have literally never, ever considered the raininess of the day as a factor of whether or not I go grocery shopping. signed, PNW native
  4. My brother's childhood friend was on a soccer team named the Sweet Kitties. :smilielol5:
  5. Aww, I started reading at the beginning of the thread and got all excited when I saw Catwoman's post before I realized. . .zombie thread. Ironic because Cat has been on my mind and in my prayers lately! I hope all is well with her and hers :)
  6. I vote roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic and salt and pepper. :drool5:
  7. Associate President of the Subcommittee for Investor Communications Estimated salary: $393,007
  8. Polish Pottery is lead-free, so woot woot! Not all our dishes are PP though, but the others are Mikasa Italian Countryside, which is supposedly lead-free as well.
  9. Agreeing with those that say 100K is low miles. . .my toyota has 301K now and still going strong. I'd at least check into repairs before jumping the gun on a new car.
  10. Location is SO important. I could have the biggest, most beautiful house, but if it was in the middle of a big ole' city I would not be happy. I like smaller towns.
  11. I like to order from Current Catalog - Colorado Springs based, but I thought I'd throw it out there just in case you haven't tried them yet. :) No free checks at my bank either.
  12. Something like these from Land's End. I have some from REI and I saw at one point that Columbia was making something similar. I LOVE mine. So great for rafting and stuff where I'd rather not scrape my legs up, but they are close fitting enough to not be boggy and weighty in the water.
  13. This won't help for tomorrow, since the learning curve might be a bit too steep on that short of notice, but have you thought of looking into a cup? Mine changed my life, no joke. Once you get the hang of it no leaks, no pants stuffed full of pad, no worrying about running out of supplies, no chafing, etc. I have a Lunette. If you live near a Whole Foods or similar store they often carry at least the Diva. Whole Foods near me also just got the Lunette. There's always online ordering too.
  14. Lol, attempting to reply to this thread might be futile. . .Sherlock and Merlin are my top two favorites. White Collar and Jeeves & Wooster would be vying for #3 so I don't know what that says about the chances of your liking those! :leaving: Others I have enjoyed are: Foyle's War Doc Martin Numb3rs Call the Midwife Burn Notice Psych Gilmore girls Fawlty Towers Robin Hood
  15. 11 years younger than actual age.
  16. Amazon is your friend. I am a 30F and buy mine from there. If you need a source for figuring out brands, figleaves.com or herroom.com are helpful.
  17. I think this is a giant slippery slope. Innocent people die at the hands on non-drunk, non-texting, non-speeding, law-abiding drivers too. So if you drive at all are you guilty of premeditated murder? If you drive in windy weather are you then? At night? In the snow? With passengers? There are endless factors that add risk to what is already a dangerous activity. To say that by texting while driving or driving drunk you are INTENDING to kill someone is frankly ridiculous.
