  1. Hi Amy, I have 3 children on the Spectrum. Your story was so encouraging. Sometimes I feel like I am trying to fill a bathtub with no drain plug. Hope flows out of my soul as fast as I try to fill it. Your daughter gave me a vision for the day when my tub will overflow because hers definitely has -- with her hardwork and steadfast work of a wonderful mother. Keep sharing!!!!
  2. Number 2 of 4 is about to go off. I can only imagine what the 4 of 4 will feel like. You are all loved and appreciated. Thank you for sharing.
  3. I had the same thing happen. Keep at the college about giving more money. Don't sound desperate. Express that you have options. I can feel your emotions. It is horrible.
  4. Don't forget quarters! Kids need them for vending machines and LAUNDRY.
  5. Cal Poly - SLO is an excellent school. Students really love it. They end up loving the area so much they don't want to leave. Therefore, SLO has the best educated office workers, min. wage workers, etc.
  6. I acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. When I am spinning over an issue, I will calmly imagine the situation 10, 20, or 30 years down the road and look back over my shoulder and give myself advice from that perspective. Be at peace. All will be well. Answers come when you need them, never before.
  7. Sounds like a well-thought out plan for ramping up to the full college experience.
