Saw The Hobbit at midnight and got a spectacular three hours of sleep. Have three hours of lecture to deliver today. Must have coffee.

My teenager is such a joy. I feel truly lucky to have her.

Am now showered as well as exercised. I think I deserve a round of applause.

Exercised. It's amazing how much better everything feels now. Why do I dread it so, and put it off, when it's all soooo much better afterwards??

Somehow, I will muster the energy and the courage to exercise today.
