Dear Bob McConnell (Kathy's husband), I just found out about Kathy and wanted to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. I met her (and I think you) at the Well Trained Mind Anniversary Conference in Virginia in 2009. Kathy was a lovely woman to chat with that evening in the cafe. I am so sorry.
