  1. Ack!! you are right Perry!! They are freaky little jumpers!! I used a deep garbage can... covered it with plastic wrap.... and an atlas.... and delivered them to the park..... OP ~ did you catch your mouse? I'll have the heebie-jeebies until I know for sure!
  2. http://journal.chrisglass.com/2005/09/how_to_catch_a_.html We used this one! It worked in about 15 minutes. I couldn't believe how fast they went for the peanut butter. I did a catch and park release of 3 not-so-welcome mice this way.
  3. [Oh the shock! I had totally forgotten Glee wasn't on tonight.... I lovelovelove Glee
  4. I'm in the same place. I keep looking at this book~ there is a good preview on google books. http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Childrens-Liturgy-Book-Liturgies/dp/0896226956
  5. We go to Kmart every year to get the elastic waist cargo pants... all elastic pull on. We get a pair in each color..... sometimes they need a hem or a roll up... but they are definately his favorites( and very inexpensive) He likes pants with elastic all the way around (don't we all).
  6. He's so dreamy ..I 'm all goosey :o) We were born in the same hospital...jealous much??? tee hee
  7. I meant post..... but I should go check on my Sunday roast! tee hee
  8. I'll be watching this poast as we are in the same place exactly.
  9. Hey we do Meals on Wheels too! We deliver every other week. My kids enjoy it and they feel good about what they are doing. It is a very easy to manage schedule and doesn't take long to do so it fits well into our days. The people have become very special to us...and I think my children have become special to them. Smiles all around!
  10. My son did it in OT. We made our own spin-board and are just getting ready to get back with it. Problems~ well he doesn't really like it...makes him dizzy...but we pause for some heavy work. He did benefit though as it addressed .... oh dear, I can't come up with the OT-ese words right now... He changed the astronaut-talk to Sonic the Hedgehog-talk as that was his obession at the time. Any specific questions? I'll try to answer when I am nearer to "yes please more coffee" than "what's for dinner"
  11. That's my plan too...and I have a 4th grade AS son as well. We started FLL3 last year, but took it slow. DS doesn't love it, but tolerates it. I have ordered the WWE level 2 workbook...definately taking the easy-laid-out-ready-to-go plan here. He likes a workbook so he can see what's going to be happening as opposed to winging it by the whims of teacher-mom.
  12. I just got the 4th grade from Liz on this list ~ thanks! Anyway so I have the '99 printing green TM with a jaguar and a gold '05 student with a shark. Everything on the inside of the TM goes right along with the student book fine ~ just the same. And my son thinks the shark book is cool! HTH!
  13. I have not ordered my copy of WWE yet so maybe someone might be able to help me decide?? My son is a beginning "4th grader"and reaaaalllly needs to get started writing. Most all of our work is done orally. He really cannot/ will not put thought to paper. We are about a third of the way thru FLL3 and just starting Vikings in SOTW2. I know I need to get the main text, but from what I've read of these posts I'm thinking he's probably going to want to go ahead and do workbook 2. Does that sound right? So any idea when that will be out? Peace & JOY Cindy
