    Look at Mcruffy Math it uses a lot of manipulatives and is in color. My son likes it because it doesn't have a lot of problems on a page. We just started 1st grade in math so far it's going good.

    I thank the name of it is Great Homeschool Conventions. I've only been to the book fair part not any of the workshops. It's a lot bigger than the one in Charlotte. It's a great place to go and compare different products. Maybe someone else can tell you about the workshops.

    Easy Brownies 2 cups sugar 1 cup oil 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour 6 Tablespoons cocoa 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring Mix well Grease 9 / 13 pan and bake for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

    My Fathers World and Hearts of Dakota both have american history for 1st grade. Both are literature based so you could add reading at there level.

    My sons has low iron also. His Doctor said it can cause children to be hyper and not sleep well. My son is hyper but is sleeping better as he has gotten older.

    Try Rue21 for jeans and Express for dress pants. Buckle also has longer lengths but you will pay a lot for them.
