  1. I am in the Aumsville coop but was wondering if there was a WTM specific gathering.
  2. We went to israel a year ago. My husband is a Jew and we have had a hard time transitioning the boys from Christian to Judaism. (they are jr high age and jsut want to be like all the other kids
  3. I have talked extensively to the authors of both programs, both are good instructors. Fred is a book that is good for kids who need real life applications, TT is more traditional in its approach. My son prefers TT. IF you want the Fred book I will sell it to you cheap! we won't be using it. My TT on the otherhand will be busy for a few years. Oh and about the price, TT is THE math program to have right now, if you are planning on selling it in the next year or two you will get most of your money back. TJ
  4. If it were biology I would do it, there have been advances in recent years, but physical science is the same. I am going to use the old book for my co op this year.
  5. as long as a child did all the work, any of these classes would be ok, just choose one that fits with your history progression
  6. My husband is a flight instructor. he teaches ground school for homeschool co op and that is what the boys he teaches count it as
  7. It teaches how to sew smaller papers together for larger and larger assignments.
  8. My son remembered more math using TT than the Chalkdust he had been using.
  9. My sons love TT, they kind of put up with chalk dust. anyone want a basic math set of chalkdust?
