    My ds3 is fully potty trained and apparently has no rear end. Where would you look for pants that have the pull elastic that helps them stay up?

    I would rather shop alone as I am a get in and get out kind of shopper. But I try to take at least one of my olders with me. We have great conversations when they get me all to themselves.

    I'll join in! I spent four days cleaning out the garage the end of August but the inside of my house needs it bad! The kiddos are going with their grandparents the end of the month so my plan is to go room by room.

    Yes! Both my girls have several. They are definitely dolls we will keep to hand down to the grand daughters, should we get them. The still play with them. Both my girls also have Bitty Baby dolls. They are worth the cost as well.

    Oh, thanks! I will give it 24hrs and see how it is tomorrow. She isn't acting much different than normal, so hopefuly she will be fine.

    My ds3 smashed his big sister's dd10 fingers in the door leading out to the garage today. The middle one looks quite bruised and a bit puffy. She also can't close it all the way without it hurting. Though she says it isn't a sharp pain. Wondering if I should take her in. I have never experienced this one before. WWYD?

    The joke around here is that it may rain for a few days at a time, but the sun won't shine for about four months. It's not the rain that is so bad, but the lack of sun for a long period of time is a bummer. :glare: Summers in the Pacific Northwest are amazing though! But you have to wait until July 5th for them to start.:001_smile:

    Wierd, after 82 days it is finally raining in Seattle. We live up north in the farm land and it has been so dusty with the farmers harvesting. I will be glad for the rain but sad to see the sun go.

    There is a chanel on Youtube call the online band teacher. We found it helpful when my dds wanted to learn flute.

    Usually try to buy most of it in March as my budget comes from our tax return. If I wait too long the money goes "poof".

    I have used olive oil, and vegitable oil. I haven't tried shortening yet.

    So I just started making our family's bread. I really need some good bread pans. I have a silicone one that works great. I also have one cheap metal and one Pyrex pan. Both of those stick. Any ideas?

    Yep! Today is crockpot day, we have band and choir all afternoon and get home late. Split Pea Soup with cornbread.

    Thanks! We are doing it meatless. I will give these a try! Trying as a family to have at least one meatless meal a week. Plus trying to cut down our food budget.

    I know they have been discussed in past threads but I will enquire anyway. I am planning to make lentils over cornbread for dinner. My question is how do I season them? Any suggestions?
