Yesterday I got a call from the highschool's soccer coach. He wanted her to come to the drop ins and try out for the team. They haven't made cuts on the team in 12 years and barely have enough players to make two teams (J.V. and Varsity). They needed to pull a couple 8th graders, and he heard about dd from from dd's coach last year. Dd went to the drop in today and said it was really fun and she knows a couple of the people and wants to do it. The coach said she was great and he hope she try's out. DD is really excited and I am too! :D

:iagree: We've had a couple snow storms and freezing rain. A lot of ice because of the snow melting then it getting cold, but nothing like we normally get. I'm pretty sure we'll get some more before winter is over.
