If it hasn't, just say this was the most important gift for my dd so I'd like a refund so I can purchase something else locally. Did they have some kind of "you can get it by xmas" thing? That is close to a month ago. Start nice and then decide what to do based on their response and return policy.

We do a lot of frozen stuff from Costco. It's not super cheap but not super expensive either and frankly my sanity is more important than spending hours on things that you pop continuously in your mouth. Though I do make fancified hotdog wrapped things. I make homemade pizza dough and use good sausage and make some sweet and spicy dipping sauce for them. And booze. Cannot forget the booze.

I keep mine in 2 liter mason jars in the fridge. It will get more sour the longer they stay but it ferments very slowly in the fridge. Same with pickles. I make naturaly fermented pickles and after a few months they are much more sour.

I REALLY wish they could just be totally ignored. No publicity, no media. No one looking, hating them, nothing. They can melt back in to the shadows with the rest of the nasty people burning with hate. Sadly they get too much attention.
