I got my son a sheet set from amazon basic line. $18 for the set. Have held up well. Got a blanket and quilt at tjmaxx or Marshall’s.

Welcome to the world Crispin. Take care of yourself momma. I know it's hard. It very important. I'm a NICU nurse and The Dr Brown specialty feeder is what we use at work for our patients with clefts. It is great so much easier than the Haberman. Waiting on test results is hard. Hold your little man skin to skin as much as you can. Mommas have healing touch.

Books. Some for baby some for toddler.

He needs to learn to be responsible for his own actions. If he is that upset he will be more conscientious next week. It's hard but sometimes we have to let kids fail. It's learning.

I'm talking phenobarbital used for weaning from the substance exposure not seizures. It may not be a stated side effect but from experience at home and at work I see it a lot with NAS. Now diarrhea can also be from the withdrawal itself. Every baby is different. It takes time for symptoms to be fully gone. Diarrhea and tremors seem to be the last to go around our house.

I think Ilex works best to clear up broken down skin on bottom. My girl had serious diarrhea and a raw diaper rash when she came to us. She was on phenobarbital at the time. When we started to wean diarrhea improved. Substance exposure can cause symptoms similar to milk allergy :(
Is he being treated to NAS?

I bought a set at bed bath & beyond that had a 10 year warrantee. I returned them after they got a hole in them. Easy to do. Not better sheets but good warrantee worth the extra $.

At work (nicu) we use the Dr. Brown bottles for our BF patients. I've used a lot of different kinds over the years. Dr browns although annoying with the many parts are my favorite.

Target has a similar program for diapers. Not sure if they do other things too.

The assignment he missed was for his in person class. Disorganization and not rechecking syllabus were to blame. Unless we travel we never take a full vacation from school work. I do think we all will have to adjust to a more scheduled school day.

He does well getting all of his work done for the classes he takes now. He only missed one assignment all year. For 14 I think that's pretty acceptable. He was pretty upset with himself.
I wish we were able to do all of our classes at the homeschool tutorial but this years offerings didn't work for us.

Drama and public speaking would be his extra curriculars. Along with Recreational baseball. He does not have a busy activity schedule. He is home all but 1 night per week.
He enjoys school for other people has no trouble organizing and keeping up in his classes now. For me we struggle.

Thanks for all the ideas and opinions. He is completing DO algebra now and will start geometry when he finishes. He enjoys the format and does well pacing himself with a set 1 hour of math/day. He enjoys the DO format.

Since the libraries are close I’m going to get some nonfiction. Books for my little ones for their Easter baskets. When my son (17) was little we read the let’s read and find out series and the Rookie Science books. I was thinking of ordering these but wanted to check and see if there are any new series worth checking out. Thanks
