Foe the dedicated Hoodie wearers, there are water resistant hoodies, including Cathcart ones. A regular hoodie is no longer warm at all if it gets damp from light snow.

It irrationally bugs me when cashiers end the transaction with "Bye now". The now feels dismissive and code for hurry up and get out of here. I try to give people in public facing jobs a lot of grace, but it still bugs me.

I'm really looking forward to the reboot of CSI: Las Vegas. The original is my comfort show for rewatching. My husband and I haven't watched survivor in years, but we are going to watch this season to have a show to look forward to together each week. I'm enjoying Pleasure Island. It is light episodic drama with some heart.

My 13-year old eighth grader wants to do some independent study with his microscope. I am looking for recommendations for a larger set of prepared slides and a secular biology reference book or curriculum for him to use with the slides. We are afterschoolers.

There is a boxing gym in my city that has a specialized program for people with Parkinson's. They find that the intensity of the workouts, focus on balance, and exercises crossing the midline help slow the process of symptoms and keep people healthier. People I know who do the program have had a lot of success with it. They are doing Zoom classes as well right now.

He didn't like Wings of Fire, but your post is making me wonder if his brother would.
