My dd applied to only three colleges. MIT is her long shot, especially since she has no test scores to report. Her number 2 choice is University of Washington. She’s still waiting to hear from those two. She received her acceptance to her number three school, Washington State, last week.

My dd has never been tested or diagnosed with anything but has definite learning disabilities, specifically has poor working memory and just can't get Math. I am suspecting that her issues relate to her difficulty breathing when she was born, but no way to prove that. Anyway, I find that I have to spend so much time helping her that I have little time to devote to her 4 younger siblings. They get things much quicker but they do still need me for things. How can I make the time I spend with each child more balanced?

I lived in Menominee for about four years so I guess that makes me an ex-yooper. Down in Two Rivers, WI right now but currently getting ready to move to Indiana. I think DH would love to move back up to Menominee or Marinette though. He loved it there.
