As I'm working on gathering our list of curricula for next year I'm lost as to what history to do. I prefer to have something I can have my soon to be 2nd and 4th grade girls do together. This year they are doing Elemental History - Adventures in America. What has been you or your child's favorite history program?

I'm doing Apologia's Astronomy with my 1st and 3rd grader this year and I'm wondering how many days a week I should do it.

LOL...too funny!! I love buying Gymboree for my kids and I'm thankful my 8 year old still likes to wear it :)

I make powder detergent and I like it. I've never tried to make liquid so I can't compare the two.

I'll be trying out Saxon math for my 1st and 3rd grad dds this year. What manipulatives do I *need* to have for it? We're on a pretty tight budget so I'm looking to buy the least amount possible but I also don't want to skip something that might be very beneficial for them.
