Lume has such an off putting smell. And let me tell you that smell does not work well with teen workout funk smell. It makes a horrible combo to the senses. In the garbage it went.

Before you get rid of the Pyrex- is it PYREX or Pyrex? The one in caps is the one to keep. It is the older ones that don’t shatter like that new ones.

When you can- check out vsp for vision. You can just get it yourself it doesn’t have to be through an employer and they are extremely reasonable.

I cut mine down once they have started to brown.

The only thing that works well for me is massage. The lady I use really kind of digs in and after her, I have relief for awhile. If I do what I am supposed to do and go monthly, I don’t have the problem.

DD is doing a study of different religions and the beauty they each share for her senior year. Her request and I put it together. But she has an interesting question for anyone willing to answer. We have a wonderful amount of many types near us so she will be visiting a service of each of the different ones over the rest of the school year. And so far, every place of worship we have called has been extremely welcoming. What is the service/time/season in your religion that you feel is the most beautiful or one that you feel anyone would see/feel the beauty out of? Sorry in advance if this question is not clear to anyone. Please nothing nasty as I am just trying to get more answers for her.

Greenhouse is up, insulated and hooked to the heat source. I added a solar fan to it and it works fantastic. Next purchase will be solar grow lights for the really short days. Even with the heat off the other day, while outside was a chilly 28, inside the greenhouse went down to 43. So I am happy with how it is doing. I installed new sensors this year for temp/humidity monitoring and I am learning this new system ( imo the app needs work). So my hibiscus, tomatoes, basil, money tree, special to me flowers and herbs are doing well. plus, plenty of space to add more plants. In my cold frame- my peppers are doing well ( they will be moved to the greenhouse soon but are happy here now along with the eggplant and way too big to move tomatoes.

There are several organizations that you could “adopt” a penguin. And some send updates a few times a year. Maybe that might work.
