Take a look at the Traverse. I have been extremely happy with it. It can hold a lot and tall people. When the third row is up, even my son can fit comfortably back there ( 6ft and all legs/arms). If this helps with visualization- last year I was able to comfortably carry several teens and their renaissance gear, a large cooler and costume changes with plenty of extra room.

We felt it at work. Watching the ceiling tiles bounce and if the glass display cabinet from the 70s was going to fall off the wall. The building really shook and then all the animals were very nervous for the rest of the day. My kids were hilarious texting me- Mom, I think I just survived an earthquake. Don’t worry I am alive. And so are the dogs Mom, I think we had an earthquake. I checked the house and the walls were still up and nothing fell. Same with the neighbor’s house. Can I have tacos for lunch?

I work as a vet tech and while part of me would love to go on to be a vet, the practical part of me sees how stressful it is and I don’t want any that. Perhaps, she might take a look at veterinary sonography. We have one that comes into our practice and the job is fascinating. The lady who does ours has talked with us before how she wanted to be a vet but turned to this after volunteering at a practice years ago. I don’t know about Canada but we could use a few more here.

Try spraying the cat’s carrier with feliway. It does help a bit to came cats down. We use it in our cat exam room at the vet. That along with some medication, we can usually get even our spicy cats to work with us.

If he can eat oatmeal- add Quest cinnamon crunch protein powder to it. No protein powder taste and we are going on three years of someone not knowing it is added.

Loaded baked potato soup I found this to be one of the easiest ones to add more protein/veggies to and it still looks the same. I added chicken and used the immersion blender to make everything smooth.

I have a variety of blueberries and raspberries (zone 7a/7b). You can plant now. I have frost bags for them that I use the first year in the ground to help. The only thing you have to really have to worry about is the dang birds eating the berries as they just about ready to be picked. The deer and rabbits leave them alone. So get a berry net to throw on them during berry season. And you can sprinkle fresh cut human hair to keep your rabbits if you have a curious rabbit. The blackberries will try to take over the other berries so they are across the yard from each other. I choose different varieties as I like to have different types but you don’t need too. Pink Lemonade Blueberries and Golden Raspberry are a nice addition to the garden.

This is magical kitty crack- Churu. There is also a temptations version. Besides as a treat- we use it at work for our older cats who need to be tempted to eat. A little of this on top of the food or mixed into the top a tiny bit and they eat. Even for the cats who hate wet food.

Not that you want to hear this but two friends here are on day ten of this hell. Both have been to urgent care twice now and it is a virus. Urgent care told them it is lasting a solid two weeks. Good luck and hopefully it will pass soon.

Same with a very good friend. Took her multiple visits to different breast specialists as it was something they hadn’t seen before. Only the one guy knew exactly what it was. After the antibiotics, no more issues.

I was lucky enough to see him in concert a few times including when he was just starting out. He was always very nice to the fans. Hugs to his family. A red solo cup filled with tea tonight is on the menu.

For any website- I hate it when it takes a solid 20 minutes to find out the basic information that should be right there. The local church one the other day left me so frustrated just trying to find out when a meeting for a group was taking place. If he starts having or has any issues with the pet dryer- get a happy hoodie! These are great for dogs who have anxiety or noise issues with grooming.

This is honestly not a good idea especially for any dog with anxiety. I can tell you how this will completely ruin a dog with grooming because of the noise and how many hours it will take to make the dog be ok for grooming if they can be ok again. Those poor pups who come back to us groomers completely frightened by noises they used to be ok with after using this thing. OP- this is going to be a learning curve for you both. Go slow and if you can only do one side/a head/legs at first that is ok. Make sure your scissors are nice and sharp are tucked away from kids/husbands who think all scissors are ok for using for everything. Get a first aid kit together for the just incase. Ears bleed will so pay attention to those extremely well. Personally, I have only ever seen one dog ashamed from the cut his owner tried. They attempted to do some cut off of tictok and we referred to him as patches later as they tried to make polka dots or something close in his short hair. So remember as long as you don’t do that, you are doing ok.

The hibiscus plants are doing beautifully in the greenhouse even blooming. So nice to step into another world after a hard day. The pepper plants are producing nicely with hand pollination. Time to replant the lettuce and other cold crops. Later this month, time to start the normal plants for the garden. The diesel heater has performed very well so far. With it was 10 over a week ago, it kept it a balmy 63 ( temp I set).

Not saying this method is correct as this is my friend’s method for her adult kid- but perhaps remind him that he should not get the treatment he needs now, he could get so sick he needs you to come and take care of him just like when he was an infant. When he couldn’t do anything for himself…. Apparently the thought was a bit much and her child did actually go to the doctor. Lol
