There's a really popular blog (with a book) about a white mom with an adopted black daughter that extensively covers hair... http://www.chocolatehairvanillacare.com/
They do-- but their sample online is really meh.

I'm looking for meals much more like the MediterrAsian recipes Junie linked.
It's not, exactly-- I want someone to say, eat this for breakfast, lunch, and supper. But this looks like it has some really, really tasty recipes!!
Thank you!
:)
Paleo hasn't been good for me-- I'm currently underweight and shouldn't lose more and I can't seem to eat enough on Paleo. Grrrrr.
I keep hearing all these wonderful health things about the Med diet... but I don't want a cook book. I'm too internet tied. ;)
I also find this blog post *incredibly* inspiring-- it's about capsule wardrobes. http://dallas.citymomsblog.com/why-i-got-rid-of-my-wardrobe-capsule-wardrobe/
Breakfast- one cup of black coffee
Lunch- either a salad without dressing but lots of veggies and some fish or turkey on it or a bowl of minestrone soup
Supper- mixed stirfried veggies, a small portion of meat
Dessert- maybe an apple or another cup of coffee
I have pretty thin blood, too, I don't do cold and swimming!
OK, the Disney strollers do look worse. I will look into renting one or bringing one...
Thanks!
Thanks for the heads up on Epcot!!
