  1. I would do a white or hot pink shirt. You could pair the white shirt with a cardigan or jacket in black or hot pink. A hot pink shirt would be fun also or a floral print with turquoise in it.
  2. Could be Onyx. Those are all the rage here. When we were building every bathroom place I went into told me I should check out their onyx showers.
  3. I signed my son up for it. Two of the schools he applied for were on there. From what I understand, it gives you an estimate of what you will receive from the school and the items you receive money for will be rolled into your financial aid package from the college.
  4. I went searching for a forum that might be able to give you the answers that you are searching for and came across this. https://www.consumeraffairs.com/news/new-report-describes-dangers-of-giving-lupron-to-kids-020317.html I'd have to do a lot more research to decide about giving it to my child. That would be a very hard decision to make.
  5. I would want a tub. It wouldn't have to have jets. We built a few years ago and put in a tub with air jets. I love it, but don't use it as much as I thought I would. There are a lot of people that do prefer a big shower. If you have a tub somewhere else in the house, you could get by with the larger shower. I would like an interesting tile. We just renovated a bathroom in our old house (we didn't get it sold when we built) and we did a fun patterned tile on the floor. The bathroom looks amazing, so I'm hoping that our future buyer will love it. I debated, as I know they say to pick a tile for the masses. But, I would have hated that. I'm not the "masses". I checked to see what the trend is for baths in 2017 and beyond and they said that patterned floor tile was in. White was out. So, I bought my fun tile. This is the bathroom floor tile we went with http://interceramicusa.com/products/detail/cementine/233201. The walls are tiled with the matching greige color (oyster) and the paint color is SW Perfect Greige. So, we've done neutral on the rest with just a bit of interesting tile.
  6. I'm so sorry. Glioblastoma is awful news. :( My MIL had this type. They found it and 14 days later she was gone. I hope that since they were able to operate that her prognosis will be much better. We looked into the clinic after my MIL was diagnosed. http://www.burzynskiclinic.com/patient-stories.html
  7. If we checked all the things that I can't remember, I'd be locked up by now. For 82 year old people, that wouldn't bother me at all that they can't remember that.
  8. I wouldn't paint anything now, if you are considering painting to sell it in 3 years. If you are painting because it needs it now, I would pick colors you like. You'll probably find that you need to repaint before you list it anyway. We were trying to sell our house 2 years ago and painted all the rooms. We couldn't get it sold and ended up renting it for 2 years. It was a rent to buy, but she backed out. So, now we are repainting again to sell it again. We went with Benjamin Moore Shale for the entire house. With a fresh coat of paint, it looks ready to sell. So, unless it needs it now, I'd wait. ETA: Color trends change too, so the popular neutral colors may change in 3 years also.
  9. We got my daughter's at WalMart.
  10. I would say it's doable. I wouldn't want to do it. I'm ok with a weekend, maybe a week, but for the amount of time that it would take to get a house liveable, no way. I also think your husbands project of 3 months is very off. There is no way that's possible. We built a couple of years ago and it took 5 months to get it enclosed. It was 17 months before we moved in. It's still not done. . . Since your house is not the primary focus, I can't see the 3 months as a reasonable goal.
  11. Have the doctor do blood work. I'd want his Vit D, B12, iron, and folate levels checked. http://www.sardaa.org/2013/08/15/benefits-of-vitamin-b-for-bipolar-disorder/ https://psychcentral.com/lib/vitamins-for-bipolar-disorder/ http://kellybroganmd.com/b12-deficiency-brain-health/
  12. American Eagle online has these. https://www.ae.com/men-aeo-extreme-flex-denim-short-medium-wash/web/s-prod/0130_6442_936?cm=sUS-cUSD&catId=cat5180435
  13. We built two years ago and put in a gas cooktop and double ovens. I've been enjoying having double ovens. It's nice to stick desert in one and the main dish in the other. There have been quite a few times I've had them both going at the same time. The gas cooktop has been nice also. I've been happy with my choices.
  14. What's a pop up? I must not be very neighborly either, because I wouldn't even think about going over to tell the neighbor that I would be doing some work on my house. But, I live in a single family house, so maybe that makes a difference. ETA: The part I would have an issue with is the workers on my lawn. And I know the noise is annoying . . .
  15. With Vitamin B, they need to check iron and folate. You'll also need these: Here's the link: http://b12awareness.org/about-b12/diagnostic-tests-for-b12-deficiency-methylmalonic-acid-homocysteine/ Serum B12 Methylmalonic acid Homocysteine Holotranscobalamin II (Holo-TC)
  16. I think you need to get your lawyer involved (and should have before you listed with that realtor). I would contact your lawyer and explain that you've not had much activity on the house. You need to get it re-listed with a non-partial realtor. ETA: Make sure he is continuing to make payments on the house, if you still owe money for it. We had a renter that past two years that was going through a divorce. Once her divorce was final, she was going to purchase our house. Her ex let their house go into foreclosure and then did a lot of damage to it. It did sell, but probably not for what it could have sold for. Since the foreclosure was attached to her name also, the bank wouldn't lend her money then for to purchase our house. Hopefully, your STBXH won't do all that.
  17. Twitter would not be the way to contact them. Either email or the apple store would be your best best.
  18. Have your doctor check your B12, folate, iron, and D levels. Low B12 can lead to depression. If any of those are low, you may not be absorbing any of them properly.
  19. B12 needs to be taken early in the day or it can cause sleep issues. I take the D, iron, and Bs in the morning and the magnesium before bed. How high was your folate? If those numbers are higher than the range, you might want to be tested for MTHFR.
  20. You'll also want to have your B12 level checked, iron, folate, and Vitamin D. Magnesium can help with sleeping issues. Mine has improved so much since I started taking B12, folate, iron, magnesium, and Vit. D.
  21. Shortness of breath is linked to Vitamin B12 deficiency. Did they check that when they did your blood work? Folate, iron, and B12 are linked to each other. If any are low, you won't absorb the others. ETA: They call it the "sighs" in the B12 deficiency world.
  22. The first episode of This is Us showed a fireman smoking at the hospital.
  23. Recommended ferritin for maximum B12 absorption is closer to 80. Yours was way low. B12 should be over 500. Folate level should be around 20. I'd probably want labs rerun and see where your numbers are now.
  24. I've watched this several times since people have said her pants weren't all the way up and I still don't see that. She looks fully clothed to me. I think the pink showing is just a pink shirt underneath her striped top. And based on this interview, I doubt she was sitting in the living room with her pants not all the way up. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/03/14/bbc-viral-video-family-children-gatecrashed-interview-knew/
