I don't think you are going to be able to find a hotel in New Orleans for February. Mardi Gras is Feb 24 and up until that date is parade and ball season. All hotels are usually booked. There are parades every weekend leading up to Mardi Gras. We have stayed at and loved the Astor Crowne Plaza on the corner of Bourbon and Canal St. Easily within walking distance of French Quarter, River, and the streetcar passes right out front. With my experience as a neonatal RN and with him being only 2 months old, I would take him to the pediatrician. Hope he gets well soon. ETA: just saw you already went. Glad is was just a cold. Hope he recovers quickly.

I was gonna say Mardi Gras too--off usually Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of that week.

Yes she does and I do have the password. I check it occassionally and she has to delete anything I find inappropriate for her age, especially stupid comments from trying to be "bad" teenagers. That was the agreement we made for her to have a myspace profile.
