    We love digital here! We had a flood a few years ago and although most of our books were lost, the digital files were fine. With 6 kids I find that it is easy to buy once and print as each child needs them. And the shelf space I'm saving!

    My daughters LOVE it. They set up sketch tables by the computer and have no problem hitting pause while the catch up. There are also classes that are not videos (School of Imagination) where they click next to see the next element to add. I would suggest having your children try out the samples and see if they enjoy it.

    I have had the same problem. It really feels like you need to jump through a lot of hoops just to assign lessons. I find myself not using it as much as I would if the interface was easier. My 4th grader likes it, but we use it as a supplement. For the price it's not bad.

    Thank you so much for sharing this! I like how it can accordion out and yet be tucked away. I found these that could be attached to the back to hold the timeline in the binder. I can't wait to do this with the kids this year!

    My kids like Leap Letter Factory and all knew the letter sounds before the letter names. The way I see it, sounds are far more important than the names ;)

    Thank you so much! I have been playing with this idea for a while and I think that 6 on 1 off idea may work for my kids. They are usually done with school before lunch, and their PS friends don't come out to play until after lunch during the summer anyhow.... They may be pretty open to this!

    My daughter is using TT4 and we use a notebook. I plan on saving the book for our 3 younger children when they are older, so no writing in the book. I do like the idea of the dry erase board though!
