We're in the middle of Apologia's Swimming Creatures and I'm drooling over our neighbor's conch shell they have displayed as part of their landscaping. I'm not sure if it's real or not but it leads me to realize that homeschoolers covet odd things!

Finally finished a classic! The last 50 pages of "Madame Bovary" were awesome! Now for a Jack Reacher novel to reward myself!

Neighbor child just walked away from me as I was telling him it's time for him to go home. DD11 commented that he was *not* a well-trained child. I think she's been seeing that I've been reading TWTM and thinks it's a book of manners!
