    Nuts Sunflower or pumpkin seeds Cheese / cheese sticks Beef sticks or jerkey Celery with peanut butter ( sugar free ) Salami with cream cheese & tobasico (optional) folded in half like a taco Turkey slice rolled with Avocado in the middle Cherry or grape tomatoes Mini bell peppers Veggies with ranch or quacamole dip Cottage Cheese with veggies Boiled eggs
