  1. I read the first 4 before feeling convicted about the series. I threw them out and have not read any others. My oldest son read the first 4 as well, but none of my other dc have.
  2. Try asking your doctor about Lexapro. No side effects for me. :grouphug:
  3. Yes! I have someone coming next week to see what type of work I would like to be completed. It will cost $65 for 4 hours of work. I'm hoping to have them come every other week and I am soooo looking forward to it! :)
  4. Man was created to glorify God. I cannot explain Calvinism, predestination, etc., as eloquently as others here, but I would recommend you research it. I once thought as you, but through studying the Bible, Reformed Theology and Arminianism, I have come to believe that God is Sovereign and may elect whom he chooses. He is God. I cannot wrap my feeble mind around many aspects of God, but why should I be able to?
  5. I can't imagine how hard the transition must be. I'm glad your dad can talk with him and has some insight as to what he may be experiencing. I'm sorry, Heather.
  6. I would not call the VA. I don't know what signs your db is exhibiting, but unless you think he is a danger to himself or others, I would not contact anyone. Praying for you and your db! :grouphug:
  7. Would someone please tell me who was the bad guy that they caught at the end of last night's show? I haven't watched 24 in a couple of years, so I don't know who that guy is, but I'm guessing he was a good guy at one time. Thanks!
  8. How heartbreaking. I'm so sorry.:grouphug:
  9. There are "degrees" of Masons. Most lower-degree Masons do not have the same knowledge of Freemasonry as higher-degree Masons. Many churches do not allow members to be Masons. Just google it and you'll find lots of info. There are also books written about Freemasonry as well.
  10. But, Cindy realilzed her mistake after her eyes ravenously searched the blog for the "picture". ;)
  11. I always feel for the guys who have to wrestle a girl. That must be very uncomfortable for most of them. I know it was on my son's team.
  12. Ok. If I boy sticks with it, I can only imagine how good he'll be by the time he gets to high school. My sons would have loved to been able to wrestle at that age. :)
  13. It's not uncommon, and I'm sure it's not done through the school (if that's what you are thinking). I'd rather a ds wrestle than play football. Wrestling takes a lot of skill and "strategery". ;)
