  1. Praise God!! Will continue to pray for complete healing and peace. 💗
  2. Thank you for sharing this. She is such an inspiration to me. I always appreciate her beauty and grace while living with such a difficult diagnosis. ❤️
  3. I am so sorry!! I am and will be praying!! Hugs!!
  4. I would appreciate being added as well (with information on how to find it.) We are entering that phase. Thank you!!
  5. Congratulations!! Excellent article and I loved your picture!
  6. Seconding the recommendation to have your kids look at individual plans. I know of two families (in different states) that are doing this. The young adults’ plans are “free” because of their income.
  7. I have a Swiss Coffee in my bedroom with white doors, shutters, and trim with dark cherry furniture, and blues in the comforter and an accent wall—I think it is lovely. The connecting master bath is almost a sage green and works as well. I am sorry that you are reliving this pain. Hugs!!
  8. Before you choose a sink, determine if just your sink can be replaced or if countertops need to be replaced as well. I want to replace my sink; but because of how it was installed, the countertops must be replaced as well. Ugh!! I hope your situation is different!! (We had more than one person come out, and they said the same thing and showed us the problem.) If just your sink can be replaced, the size may be slightly different from what I understand. I hope you can get a new sink!
  9. 100/100 One of the questions almost tripped me up. Fun quiz.
  10. We live in a city with larger lot sizes which is why we moved here. (Not 1 acre but large for the county.) However, the state has now mandated that the density must increase. They are saying the local zoning laws don’t apply. This is happening all over the area not just in my city. Hence, my response would be to buy it.
  11. My heart breaks for you. I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. Hugs and Prayers
  12. You have beautiful hair and a beautiful smile!!
  13. Words are completely inadequate, but I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Hugs and prayers.
  14. Your hair is beautiful!! I am another “no color” vote.
  15. We won’t have a car and are planning to walk or use public transportation. I was trying to minimize travel time; but if you have some great suggestions that aren’t too far a field, I would love to hear them. Last time we stayed in Manhattan, and it was wonderful being able to walk home after a show or late dinner. However, there may be great options that I am not aware of. Thanks!
  16. Thank you for the suggestions!! I will definitely check them out. Have a lovely Sunday!
  17. We want to travel to NYC mid-June, and I am hoping the brilliant Hive Mind will have some hotel recommendations for me.(I know this is last minute, but the opportunity just presented itself.) We have an event at Carnegie Hall and definitely want to do the Met, the Met cloisters, the 911 memorial… we have been to NYC before and done some of the other “must see” sites. We often aim for Marriott properties due to rewards, but we are open to other suggestions. The difficulty is we have two young adult children. In a perfect world, we would have a place with three beds. Ideally, I don’t want to be spending 400+ dollars a night for a hotel room, but I realize I may be asking for a unicorn. 😉 We are open to Airbnb or VRBO as well. I greatly appreciate any assistance that you can provide!
  18. Turbo Tax has a free version that my ds has used. (Just keep clicking you want the free version.) There are also some other free versions available—just Google. I don’t think Turbo Tax allows you to use the free version if you have a 1099, but there is another free platform that does. Sorry I don’t have time to pull links for you, but I think it is pretty easy to find. Good luck!
  19. How beautiful!! Wishing them many years of joy!! So great to “see you” again.
  20. You may have already done this, and I don’t want to offend….But has she looked at the audition requirements? Does she have the recommendations and body of work required? Auditions are grueling and you need time to prepare I wish you the best in whatever she pursues.
  21. Lorenz https://lorenz.com/ has many different levels of arrangements from many different composers that would be very appropriate. I haven’t ordered from them since pre-COVID. However, you used to be able to see the first page of each arrangement in the book and many of them could be purchased digitally. I hope they aren’t having difficulties. They have been an amazing resource for me.
  22. I am not an allergy expert but would the brand Sweet Loren’s work? My local stores carry it, but you can also order online. We don’t have those types of food allergies, so I can’t comment on the taste. I hope you find something that works. Have a wonderful Christmas!!
  23. I definitely agree with the previous posters about samples and how the light in the room totally changes the color. If you are completely unsure, most professional painters I have used or know are very good with color and can often make recommendations.
  24. If the following link does not work, look up the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). They regulate Wells Fargo (and I think Wells Fargo may still be under some agreement with them because of prior issues). Banks due not want to be on the OCC's bad side! If Wells Fargo doesn't "own" your mortgage anymore, you could look up the regulator for the owner of the mortgage. As a previous poster mentioned, we have also used a Credit Union for many years for mortgages--they generally own and service the mortgage so things generally seem to go smoother. I hope this is helpful for you and others. I wish you the best!! https://www.helpwithmybank.gov/file-a-complaint/index-file-a-complaint.html
