    From the CDC link above: New data from the Household Pulse Survey show that more than 40% of adults in the United States reported having COVID-19 in the past, and nearly one in five of those (19%) are currently still having symptoms of “long COVID.” So, to me, it looks like that is what the CDC is saying -- a little over 40% of adults have had COVID-19.

    If the buyers of your house simply don't want the easement to be available for other use, could you split the cost of the purchase of the easement with your neighbor who has the driveway on the property?

    We had a time during the pandemic that Aldis didn't have these bars, but they have been in stock recently. Hopefully, they will be carrying them in your area again soon!

    I think that 63 sounds normal. My Garmin watch pegs my resting heart rate at 48-50, but I think that includes sleeping at night? My family (brothers and sisters) might be genetically pre-disposed to lower heart rates because we all fall around the 50 beats/minute rhr (We discussed this at our family reunion this summer, lol). My dh has a rhr of around 60, I think. I am 60 years old and somewhat active.

    They were discussing your medical condition, or were they discussing you personally? I think I'd like to know what they are thinking medically!

    Do you have family in the U.S. who could help him if there were an emergency? Would he be going to college in a location you already have family/friends?

    Because unless you bring in new (younger) members, the church will die as the older members die off. Of course, changing the music isn't the only way to bring in new members. Also, could there be a compromise -- two services, one with a praise band and the other traditional, or perhaps a mixture of music in a single service? I've seen both kinds of churches through the years.

    I haven't tried a ball chair, but I have a ball (without the chair part) that I use when I am using my computer at home. I bounce and move around on it most of the time. I prefer the balls with sand in it that keeps the ball from rolling away when I stand up.
