My dd is finishing her first year of vet school. She is loving vet school. She has always wanted to be a vet and she worked as a vet assistant for two years before she started vet school, so she knows what she is getting in to. In her experience, working with pet owners for the above-mentioned reasons, especially those mentioned by @Pawz4me is the most stressful part of the job. Her vet hospital is corporate owned, and she didn't like many of their business practices, but owning your own vet clinic comes with its own set of financial stresses.

Are you using red wheat berries? I think the white wheat berries make flour that has a lighter texture/taste. I get my wheat berries from Azure (I'm a drop coordinator in my area). I make much less bread than I used to, but I have switched to using spelt. I know people who only use Einkhorn.

But they said the results were irrespective of infection?

After my older ds got his braces off, the orthodontist recommended we have his wisdom teeth removed, so we did. After my younger ds got his braces off (same orthodontist, 10 years later), the orthodontist said they no longer automatically recommend getting the wisdom teeth removed. When I was in my 20's, I was sent for a consult to have my wisdom teeth removed because my dh was going to be stationed overseas. The dentist said he wouldn't touch my wisdom teeth because I had a nerve running right through there. However, when I was in my 40's, all of my wisdom teeth erupted (not at the same time). My dentist said that as long as I brushed them well, they could stay in my mouth, lol.
