Yikes! So sorry. I remember our dogs getting repeatedly sprayed when I was a child. (I remember b/c I would have to help give them tomato juice baths. But your HOUSE! Oh my! I hope you can find a simple solution.

quark, it isn't grade specific at all. It is really just the basic methodology that I follow. I can be adapted for both elementary ages and high schoolers. I definitely follow a very similar path with my high schoolers. My older kids also know how to do something similar on their own and show me what they have selected for my opinion vs. the other way around.

Loesje22000, I was excited bc I finally found someone I could talk to about all of my questions. Things were going great. I talked to him on the phone a couple of times. We exchanged emails. And then, when I made an appt, he informed me he wanted a $1000 retainer. :( The people I can afford can't answer my questions, and the one who can, I can't.

Temp back up to 104. She was also covered in a rash. 330 trip to the ER. On IV fluids, pain meds, and anti-nausea meds. Finally sleeping peacefully. Thank you Lord for no serious complications.

Whew! I am exhausted after 3 hrs of talking.But, lots of fun discussing how to create your own studies and writing assignments.

FWIW, I could never do a virtual talk. I need to be actively engaged with a small group of people sitting and talking to me. I am hands-on/direct interaction type of person. A virtual audience, heck, even a large audience is public speaking. What I like is more of a fireside chat (except my air conditioning is on!) :)

I am frustrated bc next week is supposed to be spring break, but my house is full of flu patients. Only my 16 yod is still doing work. I need our break, but we are going to be behind. sigh.

So sorry. I grew up in Ontario. Here it is 68 and sunny. I will never move north again. Gotta love the South!

I finally bought planners today. (I usually buy them in Mar or Apr!) I also pulled out Foerster's pre-cal and MUS's alg/geo. They only made it to a stack, but hey, it is progress!
