  1. I used Saxon as a kid, and use Math Mammoth for my dd now. Love MM.
  2. My first drink after my 21st birthday was a White Russian. I wasn't a huge fan, honestly. In addition to what everyone else said, I think your tolerance to certain drinks is also dependent on what/how much you are used to drinking.
  3. A conversation I had last night with DD6: DD6: "Who" is "What person," and "what" is "What thing." Me: Where did you hear that? DD6: I just thought about it while I was sleeping.
  4. http://www.economicsforeverybody.com/ From RC Sproul, Jr. It comes out in August, and I am intrigued!

  6. Me too. I will get a notification of a comment, but then I can't see it unless I log out and back in. I think it is a glitch, not a new feature.
  7. Put yourself in her shoes. How would you want someone to act if you were her?
  8. I may need to do this. What model is your new router, and what was your old one?
  9. Do they usually have to re-register each year, or is it generally a 1 time thing?
  10. I don't know if anyone here would be able to help or not, but what would you do in this situation? Last year dd6 was going to start Kindergarten. We were zoned for her to go to SCHOOL A, but they re-zoned or whatever, and she was going to have to go to SCHOOL B. However, if you had the child registered by a certain date, they would be grandfathered in at SCHOOL A. We preferred for her to go to SCHOOL A over SCHOOL B, so we registered her. After that, but before school started, we decided to homeschool instead. So she never went. This fall she will start 1st grade, and now we need to send a letter of intent to the school she would attend if she weren't homeschooled. The question is, does that letter need to go to SCHOOL A or SCHOOL B? Thanks!
  11. IIRC, New Every Two doesn't exist anymore (and hasn't for a while)
  12. Well, you can't really get unlimited data unless you are willing to pay full price for the new phone. But, at 10 GB for data, and unlimited texting and talking, here is what I got using that tool. $200...plus taxes, fees, etc. I would definitely stick with your current plan for now.

  14. The smart phones have a flat rate of $40 each per month, I believe. And yes, this month you have used less than 1/2 of a GB so far. http://solutions.vzwshop.com/shareeverything/?intcmp=VZW-VNT-SE-PLANRECMND
  15. For me, I was told to take my meds the days I go to work or if I had something where I needed to be able to focus and concentrate, like if I were planning a family trip or something. It depends on the meds, but the type I am on is supposed to not need time to build up in my system or anything. I take it the days I think I will need it, and don't the days I don't. For me, it hasn't changed my personality, but has allowed me to not get overwhelmed with all my responsibilities. I am able to finish more of what I start, meet deadlines better, etc. I tend to get frustrated much easier on days I don't take my meds, and my dw has noticed and commented on that.
  16. I suppose I could have Googled that myself lol.
  17. I am not terribly happy with this, but figured you may want to know. http://www.androidcentral.com/verizon-launches-share-everything-plans http://money.msn.com/top-stocks/post.aspx?post=3dbf90e0-1681-4a68-a38a-4548e75e97e0 http://news.cnet.com/8301-1035_3-57450763-94/verizon-unveils-share-everything-family-plans-for-data/ Basically, goodbye unlimited data. If you want to remain grandfathered in to unlimited data, you have to pay full price for your phone. In addition, all your data is shared among all devices on the plan. You can keep your existing plans or switch to the new one with no charge. And this all happens June 28.
