I vote for essentrics or classical stretch too. Great workouts. Excellent flexibility and strength. The main teacher is also really encouraging.

I had a similar bad experience with Amazon's customer service this week. I called back, got a person who both cared, could speak English well, and did not lie to me. I was given 15 dollars credit. It did not change the time the package arrived, but at least I felt better about it. I encourage you to call back.

There is a good message board called ballet talk for dancers. They could probably help you identify excellent schools in Atlanta, or at least criteria when searching. You can just google it.

You can often come up with a piggy back song.
For example: Genesis 1:1 in the Beginning, God Created the Heavens and the earth.
Goes perfectly to Are you sleeping? Repeat each phrase.
Because children already know the tune... it is much easier to learn.

I'm so sorry. Praying for you and your family and looking toward the day when there will be no more sorrow and no more tears. May you know our Father today and in the days and weeks ahead.

Love my Roomba! The only issue is that I don't feel that it always covers every part of the floor. Still is far better than using a vacuum! :)

it is possible that the school is thinking this way:
Skill subjects like math and language arts are sequenced with one level building on the last one. Teaching in order is important.
Content subjects like Bible, history, and science are less sequenced. These can be taught out of order.
Looking at the Scope and sequence for 5th / 6th grades:
History:
World History in 5th Grade
New World History in 6th grade.
Science 5th: insects & plants, Mammals, energy:light, Geology, Oceanology, Energy and Engines, Astronomy, Weather, Vertebrates
Science 6th: Plants, Invertebrates, Geology, University / Space, Matter and chemistry.
Bible is probably similar.
