  1. Thanks for all the replies. I've just started using narration in other subjects, so I think that will give them plenty of practice.
  2. You can also find a lab in a neighboring state to draw the blood and send it off from there. ADHD could be associated with so many different dietary factors it can make my head spin. Additional things to consider is not enough Omega 3s in the diet, or Vitamin D deficiency. One more test to consider is LEAP/MRT. http://www.nowleap.com Some of the affiliated dietitians will do consultations over the internet or phone. Renata ETA: If Celiac is suspected, then it is better to be tested for that first. Taking the test when on a GF diet can lead to a false negative. Ruling out Celiac will determine the extent you need to avoid gluten exposure.
  3. I am starting FLL with my 1st and 2nd graders (each at their own pace). I have been trying it out using a library copy, which is the old version. I know I can buy a used copy of the first version, but the cleaner-looking revised version appeals to me. Is there enough writing in it to skip WWE for this year for my 2nd grader? Renata
  4. I used cinnamon in oil. The boys thought it was cool to get their hands dirty (and then clean). The girls loved the smell :-)
