I discovered late yesterday afternoon that I was about to run out of sugar. My husband made the ultimate Christmas Eve sacrifice for me and went for it.

Ran out of flour and tape Christmas Eve. We survived somehow!

Yes! So true! :) My dd and I bonded over such things as well during her high school years and it has continued into college. It's wonderful!

Well, I tried one yesterday and it was, as my son called it, "meh." https://blenderreviews.us/spicy-summer-gazpacho/ I used fresh tomatoes and the recipe called for 3 cups of water. I only put in one cup and it was too watery tasting. I tasted the jalapeno, and a few hints of other flavors, but it just wasn't great. Need to keep trying.

The RR worked like magic. It was almost like he was drugged. He slept through most of it. It helped that we shut all the windows and put the AC on.

Good luck! I was nervous when I took mine but the fall was actually sort of fun.

No go last night. I took the test, but one move that I struggle on came back to bite me. I did take a fall, though and that part was no big deal. I was too mad about missing the move I needed to be nervous about the fall. Although the girl testing me was totally cool about it and let me have several tries, but my belayer short-roped me and I got my knot caught in a caribiner and was just done after that. I'm going to do a few "punishers" on that route (climb the same move ove...
