If you’ll be hiking in the NP maybe a camel back. We hike all over (US NPs, Alps, Pyrenees, etc.). Cinque Terre was surprisingly difficult and unless you go down into the towns not easy to refill water. Enjoy! It’s one of my fav places.

Have her register with Creative Circle. I believe they’re in most major cities but if shes looking for remote work, that won’t even matter. I’m so sorry. I can’t imagine having the stress of that as a breadwinner. And the ego hit. Prayers that he finds something soon. My dh’s boss was literally fired from a VP job at a Fortune 500 company at 60 yrs old. He was devastated and never thought he’d find anything. He ended up being hired at an even better company for more money. May it all work out for the best.

I feel like if you got decent airfare and airbnbs vs hotels you could do Europe in that budget. Maybe consider Andalucia area of Spain or Lisbon and the Algarve in Portugal (or even Azores or Madeira) if you wanted some beach time.

Travel. I love traveling with my young adults. I know our time as just 4 are winding down, so anytime I can make it work, I plan a trip for all of us.
