      I never cared for Oliver Twist. I know a lot of adults who love HP. I think both can be enjoyed by a wide variety of ages.

  7. So if I am having a hard time getting my daughter to do her math lesson because she is making hexaflexagons and thinking about patterns do I consider that a success?

      Well,mine is researching the needs of pillbugs online and creating a habitat for them. I'm gonna call that science class for the day!

      I was sort of laughing at myself as I tried to get my daughter to focus and realized, "This is a good problem!"

  8. Just told ds11 he isn't allowed to practice piano for more than 20 minutes. Had to set the timer for when he needs to stop. My mom never had that problem with me...

      I don't think I would have stopped him if it was writing or reading he hadn't done, but I draw the line at math!
