The obvious answer is to talk about it. I don't tell other adults what to do (this us hard with adults who used to be your kids/charges/younger sib) but do the others know how important this is to you? Well today was more activity than exercise. I took the dog for walks totalling about 2 miles. I helped 19 yo move back into her dorm. That involved lots of carrying heavy objects 1/4 mile, through snow, several times. I'm at 12,000 steps so active enough. I did have bread sticks and pizza though. I have to say a big Yay to all of you. I read here but the chances I will remember to post daily are nil. I have not been consistent with my No S. I am hoping dd returning to college Sunday and getting back into the normal swing will help. I have done yoga daily and got in some short jogs. I need to find a way to get my goals in the front of my mind. Losing 10 pounds will make me feel better. I need more sleep ( I just wake up.) Ten cups of coffee and no water is not my goal. I have to say I live where it is often 15-20 degrees below freezing. I am also a cold wimp. I run with a balaclava, a complete set of cuddle duds, under armour winter wear over that and a fleece on top , wool socks and lined mittens. I hardly get damp. If you like strongly spiced tea definitely try some chai varieties. I also say who cares if someone thinks you are drinking fireball tea. [emoji14] Maybe you can visit a tea store and do a sampling. Three of my girls are tea people. One likes Irish Breakfast with quite a bit of sugar, one likes lemon and my 10 yo loves constant comment. I don't like fruity but will drink most anything else. my 10 yo wants to see The Greatest Showman. I guess we'll go tomorrow. Twilight movies are $4.50. One of my (not resolutions but ideas) is to take myself to the movies more often. I want to see Coco and no kid will come do I hope to see it next Tuesday. I need to look at Movie Pass and see if I can buy 2 and then pass them among our family or if they are specific.
