  1. This is in response to Cindie2dds question about Earthschooling: I'm an Earthschooling Lifetime Member, so I have access to all levels, but we currently use first. It was what we needed to breathe life into our days. And it really helps me out by scheduling in the handicrafts.
  2. Miss - - HOD's BLHFHG (liked the two US History readers, but found the block activities throughout the curriculum to be below dd's level) Hit - - AO YR1 and Earthschooling
  3. One of my most favorite teachers in Jr High was an education major there. Teaching us was an internship for him. This was YEARS ago, but because of him, I'm keeping my eye on the school as a possibility for our daughter.
  4. I'm considering Elemental Science Biology for next year. For those of you who use ES, is it better to buy the Ebook set or the printed versions? I'm wondering how many pages I'd end up printing because it may be cheaper for me to pay the extra $10 and have the printed set. Feedback would be welcome. Thanks! Kimmie
  5. You sound like me. Episcopalian at heart, but found a wonderful, small, family friendly, open-minded Presbyterian church that we just love and that works for my daughter's age. She'd most likely be miserable in an Episcopalian service.
  6. I'm happy to report that ours does not. BUT, we're only 5 families, and we care very much about each other. Homeschool groups on the other hand . . . Ugh! One in particular is just riddled with issues to the point where I will not be joining again next year.
