Yes I notice a difference for sure. That is why I decided to order the supplement in the first place. I was just hoping it was something I was expecting to much. He just seems more dazed and in a cloud than normal. (if that makes sense!)

I ordered 2 bottles for ds from the health food store 2 weeks ago. I thought I was over reacting but today we saw his OT for the first time since June and she said she was 'shocked' (her words) to see his inability to focus and pay attention compared to last year :001_huh:. It has really been bad. Not exactly sure what has changed to cause this. So, if you have used it, can you share your thoughts on it?? No telling me about better products for about 2 months though until these are gone (just found out they are back ordered until Sept 28 :glare:) Michelle-- I am up for words of wisdom from you!! ;)

He said they don't usually come this close to people (there are our 4 houses then 4 houses behind ours then a huge hill that leads to the Black Hills so it is complete wilderness back there for MILES and MILES. We are keeping a close eye with our gun ready. Keeping kids in front of the house where we can see them. Watching the chickens close.

Yeah. They are nasty things! We knew they were around here when we moved but as time goes by with nothing you get more and more lax. Guess this just goes to show you can't do that. A neighbor behind us (4 houses on our street, 4 behind us (same street) then HUGE hill into the Black Hills where they live) took a picture of one in his back yard in June. This is exactly it. We had a 65,000 acre fire right here in July. Its scary. Dh just got of the phone with the Game Warden. He is going to come over tomorrow and check things out and get some traps set.

I haven't heard of many attacks on people but I don't doubt it would happen if a person/child were there alone.

I *think* they are mostly out at night. It was around midnight or so when the dog started freaking out by the doors and windows. Kids are staying in after dinner and dh is teaching me to use a gun :/

We saw tracks and had the sheriff out to look. He said he is positive it was a lion based on the tracks and the way it broke the hutch open.

So now I.am worried about it getting our chickens and....... KIDS :001_huh:......

Sounds like something I should give a try. Dd did great with Spelling Power for years but she is making silly mistakes now. I think if this has them work with the rules more it may be more of what she needs at the moment. Could a 5th grader starting out easily to in to the 5th grade book??

Yeah I would def give him time to catch up. Even though he may be educationally ready he may not be quite mentally ready. Let him play for a while. Maybe get some foam letters or something and let him play around with sounds and blends and such. Try AAR again in a few months :)

How old is your kinder? Age may be the biggest thing right now. Check out Starfall and let your kinder play around with the letter sounds for a while and stuff!
