  1. Which CBD catalog has the free shipping code and where in the catalog is it located? I've been looking for it, and can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks!
  2. Try Hymns for a Kid's Heart by Bobbie Wolgemuth and Joni Eareckson Tada. It explains on a child's level how the hymns were written, talks through their meaning (including tricky vocabulary) , includes written music for each song and a CD to listen to/sing along with. I really like it although we haven't used it much--thanks for the reminder to get it off the shelf!
  3. Would 2 kids be able to share one textbook easily? I've taught my boys Saxon K-2 together from the beginning. I know I'd need an extra written practice book and power up book, but would i also need an extra testing book? Thanks! Jen
  4. I'm in Durham, NC and have several friends who are newish to HSing but love WTM and SWB. If there's something in the Raleigh area, that would be great! Jen
  5. Are you talking about fact SHEET 4.0? I don't see fact cards labeled by number in my book--only by color. Can you tell me what lesson you're looking at?
  6. I've been reading and learning so much from the posts on here for quite some time--I guess it's about time I started participating! As an introduction, I'm schooling my two boys (ages 4 1/2 and 6). We're doing mostly 1st grade work ala WTM. I really love this board and am so thankful to have found it! Now for my problem...I was looking over the Saxon 2 book for tomorrow's lesson and realized that I was missing all but the first page of lesson 58. (I bought it used.) So, I know what supplies I need but I don't really know what I'm doing with them. If anyone could give me a general idea of how I'm teaching the remaining addition facts, I'd appreciate it. Thanks so much!
  7. :iagree: My 4 year old is learning with this game. It's a lot of fun.
  8. DS5 and DS3 are thoroughly enjoying Little Pilgrim's Progress by Helen Taylor.
