  1. We are way too busy! I don't like it at all. Most of it s due to my husband preaching at several different congregations a month. I'm always tired of lugging everyone around from place to place.
  2. It's fixed! I found it. Thank you soooo much. :hurray:
  3. Has this been worked out? I still can't find this option?
  4. I agree with not engaging with the gossip, but maybe since she is talking about her own daughter she doesn't consider it to be gossip?
  5. It costs me $75 to fill up my van on empty. My husband drives a diesel work truck (packs all his tools) and it costs about $150 to fill that up. Our money goes to fuel and food also.
  6. :iagree: Glad I'm not the only one. :001_smile:
  7. I think everyone must admit that there has to be a line somewhere. Or I could say that naked was modest, if that was my idea of modest.
  8. I'm not sure. But my husband says I look better now than when we met. I guess that's a good thing. :D
  9. Don't be offended. If you dont like the offer, ask for more. They are just trying to get the best deal they can. :) plus, I expected you to say they offered 50,000 less. I don't think 18,000 is that bad. However, my husband is a negotiator so I may just be used to it.
  10. I'm glad I wasn't drinking anything when I read this. I agree that pediatricians need to be more knowledgable on the uncircumcised penis. My son is not circumcised and the hospital where he was born gave me the correct information about not forcibly pulling back the foreskin. When he was two his pediatrician told me I should have been pulling it back since birth.:001_huh: I was one confused mama. I haven't been back to that pediatricians office but I'm sure she is still telling mothers to retract the skin. :glare:
  11. I didn't read the responses but this is the #1 reason I'm not sending my daughter to public school! :crying:
  12. :001_huh: I can't believe this is even an issue. I'm glad LLL is saying no.
  13. :iagree: She has always rubbed me the wrong way. I never could quite put my finger on why. Maybe this is it. :D
  14. I wish you wouldn't because it makes me not want to post anything in fear of grammar and spelling errors. :leaving: My oldest is only four we haven't pulled out the grammar books yet, so I'm at a disadvantage here!!
  15. We have three. We may or may not have one more. Would four push us over to the large family side?
  16. :iagree: I thought you worded it wonderfully. I agree with everything you said about it. I have all the SOTW books and I plan to use them. But, I will supplement volume one heavily.
  17. I wish more publishers would catch on to the sturdy hardback book.
  18. Rod and Staff English books get me excited too and my daughter is still pre-k! Can't wait to dig into them.
  19. I thought the same thing and figured it was a typo. Thanks for clearing that up.:D
