  1. Yes, I have Googled trying to find it--out of the 100's of recipes I have came across-it is STILL not the right one. I am just going to have to hope that maybe the recipe pops up somewhere--Maybe I put it "someplace safe"..lol :) I do appreciate you girls trying to help. :)
  2. Thanks for posting, Twigs..If I can't find the orignal-I may give this a try. Maybe it was called Orange Creamsicle--or something like that??
  3. I had found this recipe about 5-6 years back-when we were on the old Well Trained Mind. The Discussion was about favorite/Traditional Thanksgiving or Holiday Recipes. Somebody had shared their recipe and I had printed it off. Somehow the printed copy has been misplaced and I have been trying to find this recipe as my Family loves it. I believe the a couple of the ingredients were Orange Juice and maybe Cool Whip??? There were other ingredients, but I am hoping the Key ingredients will help me track it down...lol Help!! It was so good!!! lol
  4. I am so very sorry. Our GP died last Fall and it just broke our hearts. They are def more than "just a GP".
  5. Their new pet guinea pig. :) Their guinea pig, Chico died back in September and it broke their little hearts. We were really hesitant to get another-it was SO hard watching them go through the loss of a pet...but they have NOT stopped smiling since they got her on Christmas Eve.
  6. Check your Local Library's selection for Bead/Jewelry making books to help get her started/build up her inspiration. I have been making jewelry for a couple of years now and find it to be a very rewarding hobby. :) I mostly make Gemstone jewelry, but started out with glass. I am not sure if you have a happen to have a Local Hobby Lobby in your local area-but they have sales every week on Jewelry Supplies...usually one week-it's the findings aisle..and then the next-it's the bead aisle-usually always the glass/swarovski crystals and about once a month-the gemstones will be on sale. Here are a few websites where you/your dd can take a look around: Etsy-look up supplies...you can usually find some great deals on your findings/beads there. :) Aunties Beads-Lots of how to videos http://www.auntiesbeads.com/ Fire Mountain Gems-you can also request a jewelry makers catalog :) FireMountain also has "How to" videos http://www.firemountaingems.com/ http://www.firemountaingems.com/catreq.asp Beadaholique.com - great selection of supplies, and some how to's/projects: http://www.beadaholique.com/t-ba-inspiration.aspx'>http://www.beadaholique.com/t-ba-inspiration.aspx'>http://www.beadaholique.com/t-ba-inspiration.aspx'>http://www.beadaholique.com/t-ba-inspiration.aspx http://www.beadaholique.com/ A couple of "starter" books that I recommend are: "Teach Yourself Visually-Jewelry Making and Beading" Getting Started-beading-and wire..there is one book for beading, and another for wire. Starting out-I would have her practice the wrapping-making loops, etc with the lower costs base metals-Much cheaper then using the gold filled, vermeil or sterling silver. 200 Beading Tips, Techniques & Trade Secrets: An Indispensable Compendium of Technical Know-How and Troubleshooting Tips (200 Tips, Techniques & Trade Secrets) Nancy Alden also has some wonderful books that have a lot of "starter information" as well. Hope this helps to get her started. :) Let me know if there is anything else I can help out with. :)
  7. Hi there :)

I just wanted to make sure you had received my message....please verify your paypal email so I can send your refund back. I received a couple of payments that day and want to make sure I send it to the correct paypal addy. Again, I am so sorry about that.

  8. <----Waving Arm!!! That would be me. lol It doesn't matter what the topic is...or HOW active it is....I post...and that's it. lol Fun Post, and glad to see that I am not the only one who feels this way. :)
  9. I would def stay on them about getting your money back. Let the Owner know the time of day/what day that you paid-the cashier's name..and also how the cashier wrote down your name and also let her know the specific highlighter color that the cashier used when she collected your money. I would NOT let this drop until you get your cash back. I would also suggest to Owner/Mgr. that it would be a good idea for them to start giving receipts when people pay for their classes. If all else fails, let them know that you WILL be contacting your Local Better Business Bureau.
  10. Sending lots of Positive Thoughts and Vibes and Hope that everything is ok.
