As known there is a shortage of lids for pressure canning. I bought some no name lids on ebay. The look good and seem to seal. But have had 2 or 3 that look strange but appear to be lealed. I want to see if anyone has seen this or can explain what caused it. Also is it a problem. This was on green beans.
