Yup sudden rush of warmth to my right big , second , third and fourth toe. Perhaps a Lumbar 5 dermatomal neuropathy. Or the blood vessels to this region become dilated. Weirdly it is quite a comforting sensation. Has anyone been in the thread been diagnosed with diabetes or Vitamin B12 deficiency?
