I do understand what you are saying. But I am also keeping in mind that we are only hearing one side of the story. There are always 3 sides (each person's side and then the truth which usually lies in the middle). In my opinion the buyers haven't been that bad (and again, we are only getting one side of the story). As for whether I would be okay with the dart holes as the buyer, I truly don't know. I would have to see them to be able to give an informed opinion. As the seller though, I would absolutely make an attempt to repair them, at least minimally or I would come clean at closing. As for it being kind of the buyers to overlook them, again it would depend on how bad the holes are.

I was surprised too. She just said that this is the first time they were the same and contained the same ingredients. Definitely do your research especially if you are having a child get it. She also said that they only had Moderna. It seems like Moderna is far more widely available that Pfizer, but I have no idea why.

Teen and I got ours Monday. Teen also got a flu shot at the same time (same arm too!). I had already had my flu shot. We both have done well since then with no issues. It is nice to have it completed. Edit: We both got Moderna. This is the first time we have had Moderna. The pharmacist did tell us that now Pfizer and Moderna are the same for the first time.

This is what I would do. I don't blame the buyers one bit for being nit picky! All buyers should be that way and it is an admirable trait. They are getting ready to sink a ton of money into their new home, they deserve to be as picky as they want to be! Not fixing the wall isn't okay to me.

Yes, I can take Tylenol but had no idea they had an arthritis version. My understanding was that all the arthritis versions of meds contained an NSAID. I will definitely look into it. Being able to take something orally would be nice on days that the pain is bad. Swelling is better some days and worse other days. So far it is officially just the one joint but there is no cartilage at all in the joint and since that visit there are times my entire hand just aches and hurts so I am wondering if my hand is also affected. I also have tendonitis in this hand, though that is not an issue right now (my hand surgeon treated it a few months ago with cortisone shots and the second one took care of it). Thank you so much for the info on the various topical meds. It sounds like they will all be fine odor-wise and now I have 3 good options. I am sorry you are dealing with both types of arthritis and in multiple joints. That is not fun at all. I really appreciate your help.
