I have enjoyed sleeping in the rest of this week!
I made biscuits and gravy this morning because I've been craving it.
I did some Bible study.
- tidy house
- go walk with a couple of friends early this afternoon
- pay bills/update the big budget book
- finish anything I need to do for school next week
- do some planning ahead on school for ending the year
- start a summer to-do list
- dinner (egg roll in a bowl and stir-fried rice)
- play a game
- watch something and relax
Yes, it's working!!! Dh will tackle things, but it took him most of the day, and a lot of brute strength!!

Good morning!! We took an overnight trip, and got home yesterday afternoon. Here's my plan for today:

Hey everyone!! This is the first Saturday I have stayed home since my parents got sick. They both got the flu, then pneumonia, then in the hospital, now they are both in nursing home rehab. Dad is going Monday to have a growth checked out on his upper abdomen. It's probably what started this whole process. His dermatologist sent him to the hospital for an ultrasound, and the next day they both came down with the flu. My plans today:

Good morning!! I've been out of town-my parents were both taken to the hospital with pneumonia on Monday. I came home today for a short break and to be with dh, and will be going back tomorrow to stay the weekend with them. Plans today:

Yes, and when you add in all the over contract hours and the atrocious behavior, it really becomes nearly unbearable.

Trust me, teachers in non tested grades who don't receive the bonuses think it's unfair as well, especially when we see the big checks on FB of our fellow teachers-sometimes over $10,000 each. Stuff like this is why teachers are leaving.
