When you tell your kid he is done with school for the day and he says "Yay! No math today!"...and you realize you forgot a key subject area.

I have done nothing today except play on here, eat, and shop online.

I've only been saying "no" for 2 months to DH's suggestions/planning for yet another Disney trip. So, why does he make me have to get rude about it before he'll respect my no?

My husband is a cleaning machine!!! His day off was yesterday and he went to work on our house. He did all the dishes, minimalized our counter tops (thanks to the Hive thread!), cleaned the kids' bedroom, swept and mopped the kitchen and dining room, and did about 5 loads of laundry. Sexiest thing he's done in a while!!!

Well, I survived another VBS! By the grace of God, I didn't lose any of the preschoolers on the long trek from the preschool hallway to snack in the gym, and I even had some fun.
