  1. Can anyone recommend a good secular US History curriculum for middle school? I want something that my 6th & 8th graders can both do together. Thanks in advance!
  2. I'm looking for advice on a good History/SS/Geography unit for my 5th & 8th graders. I want to use the same curriculum for both. Thanks in advance!
  3. Has anyone used the STEPS curriculum? I'm thinking about using it for my 5th & 8th grader together but can't find many reviews on it. I heard it used to be called connect the thoughts but most reviews for that are pretty old. We would be using the Step 4, which is for ages 11+. Any thoughts on the curriculum are appreciated! Thanks
  4. My dd just turned 13 and is currently studying Human Biology & Health. The chapter on male/female reproduction is basic and covers body parts etc. She's ready to learn more, she said she's ready to learn about 'the birds & the bees' but I don't know where to start and how much information to actually give her. Can anyone share a good resource video etc to help me? Im not handling this very well 😬
  5. I am searching for a secular middle school literature curriculum that I can use for my 11 & 13 yo daughters together. In the past they have chosen books and written book reports about them but it's getting boring so I'm hoping to find a curriculum that focuses on discussion with some writing. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
  6. I'm considering Bridgeway for my 4th & 7th graders. Any new feedback on Bridgeway?
  7. Has anyone used Bridgeway Academy? I'm considering their total care package but I can't find anyone who has any experience with them. Thanks.
