This is what we use, too. It’s not super foamy or super minty, which is why I like it. ETA: Costco carries the 4-pack, which is usually a better price than anywhere else.

@Wildcat thanks for the info—I’ve never even heard of a hair splinter! @Katy wow. That would have never crossed my mind based on the location of the bump. Thanks for the info, and I’m so glad your relative is ok.

I’ve had this bump for about 7-10 days. I first noticed it picking up a box from the floor, so my initial thought was spider bite. It kind of swelled fast and was tender and itched a bit. It calmed down within a day or so and this bump has lingered. Now I’m wondering blood clot? Maybe the box was just bumping it and aggravated it? I have no idea. DH suggested splinter, but it doesn’t feel like that. It’s a small lump underneath and tender/sore if I press it or it gets bumped. Otherwise it’s fine. Ever so slightly swollen compared to other fingers. Thoughts?

@kbutton Yes to texture! I like things with texture. FWIW, my current bedding is not solid—so doing solids is new for me. I’ll get some color and patterns in whatever artwork I choose. And maaaaybe my throw pillows, possibly my throw blanket.

I think those are just “palettes” of colors that go together—so you’re correct, some of the ones in both are likely to be the same (or similar at least). I just prefer all of my colors to be light or muted. And that’s interesting about migraines—I had no idea color could do that! Bummer though.

@SHP It’s funny you said that, bc I was thinking about this later and how some people adore color and bold, bright walls and linens and paint, etc and how some are like nope lol. I’m definitely a nope. As a matter of fact, color makes me anxious. Which probably sounds weird. I’m definitely not trying to be hgtv, I’m trying to be calm and relaxed so I can sleep. 😅
