  1. It depends upon what you are painting over. If it's a light color, there shouldn't be a problem, but you may run out. You can take a can into Sherwin Williams and they can match it for you, if you wanted to make sure you don't run out.
  2. Great resource! Thanks for sharing. :001_smile:
  3. I really like Re9 from Arbonne. The only way I can afford it is to sell it though. :tongue_smilie: But it is the best stuff I've used on my face and I've tried it all.
  4. Those bins look better than a messy bookshelf or books all over the floor. I think it looks great!
  5. My 5 year old is learning cursive right now. We started out with one new letter a week, then eventually, he just started doing more on his own. We do one a day now. We use http://www.teachmejoy.com She has a program called The Joy of Handwriting. It's simple and easy to use and how she explains each letter is great.
  6. http://pinterest.com/MamaRophe/ I will never get away from pintrest now.
  7. I'm using Road trip USA for the older two boys right now. They love it! It's pretty easy for me to do also.
  8. I will look into that also. Thanks for the suggestion. Off to check out that link. Thanks. Fluency is one thing I've been wondering about. His comprehension is great!
  9. I am not sure what level reading he would be considered to be at right now. He just finished the green level and will be starting the orange level today. You can read here what each level teaches. http://www.hookedonphonics.com/master-reader-deluxe-edition?C1=4&C1=19
  10. The KOA's in Eastern Montana, South Dakota and North Dakota are very nice. We love camping at Wylee Park in Aberdeen, SD. Clean, lots of trees and decent prices. They fill up fast though, so you need to get reservations as soon as you know what days you want to be there.
  11. That sounds good. We will start dictation next year also, so that would take the place of phonics. Starting with The Magic Tree House sounds good. He loves them and has listened to many of them on CD.
  12. I know that probably sounds like a silly question. Let me explain what we've done so far. Lightening, 8 in June, went through Hooked on Phonics K-2. Then we moved on to HOP Master Reader. He is about finished with that now. What do I do after he is finished? Do I just have him read books based on his interest and have him narrate to me, or do a book report? Do we do a program like HOD Drawn Into the Heart of Reading? I'm not sure. Any advice would be welcome.

I just thought I'd post a little food for thought. CIO goes against every fiber in my being. I beleive there is always another solution. The No Cry Sleep Solution really helped us out.
  14. Sulfur cell salts should help. According to Dr. Donald LePore in "The Ultimate Healing System" your tonsils are your sulfur sack of your body. He recomends sulfur in cell salt form. I've used it and it works for me.
