MyThreeSons
There are several out there. Has anyone used this or know anything about it? Thanks! De An
tex-mex
Has anyone used this or know anything about it? Thanks! De An Our local public schools offer this course -- I've never heard of it before. They recommend to take it as follows: Biology, IPC, Chemistry & Physics. I also saw SOS offers it and it looked like a general intro to Chemistry & Physics. Still not sure if or how it is necessary? tlh
"There are several out there." Could you please let us know which publishers offer IPC? I know BJU has a newer 4th edition called Pysical Science. Do you know of others? Thanks, Tammy
MyThreeSons
I'm having trouble copying and pasting links, but I found several by googling "Integrated Physics and Chemistry". These folks publish one: www.pacworks.com I used it with my oldest, non-science oriented ds, and will be using it again with my youngest. (Middle ds is a possible science major, and is following a more traditional textbook sequence.) I'm not sure that BJUPress's Physical Science is considered Integrated Physics and Chemistry. Susan C.
I think timberdoodle.com has the integrated physics/chemistry. The BJU Physical Science is a 9th grade text, but does have both physics and chemistry in it.
mama25angels
I will be using it this year for my 12th grader.
